Where can I download apps?

You can find supported applications in the Moverio Apps Market. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and then tap the icon on the Apps list screen.

A light is displayed on the controller. What does this mean?

Light Status
Green Starting up or shutting down
Light blue Charging/Operating
Blue Sleep mode
Orange Battery running low
Pink Error

The controller doesn't power on, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Is the controller is fully charged?

    Charge the controller via supplied AC adapter and microUSB cable.

  • Does the operating temperature conform to specifications?

    Use the BT-300 in an environment of 5 to 35 degrees humidity 20 to 80% (no condensation). In cases where the controller overheats due to extended continuous usage in an out of specifications environment, the BT-300 may shut down. Cool it down or warm it up to turn it back on.

  • Does the controller operation not respond?

    If operations are unstable, you can force the product to shutdown by holding down the Power button for at least 10 seconds.

    Note
    Do not force the product to shutdown unless operations are unstable. Stored data and settings may be lost.

I cannot view any images, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Is the headset connected to the controller?

    Connect the headset to the controller.

  • Is the headset in mute mode?

    Lightly tap the right side of the headset twice to release the mute function.

  • Is the headset comes in front of your eyes?

    Adjust the level of the headset so that the headset comes in front of your eyes.

Which video, image, and music format is supported?

Supported video MP4 (MPEG-4/H.264+AAC), MPEG-2 (H.264+AAC), VP8
Supported still image JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF

There's a problem with image quality, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Switch between 2D and 3D so that you select the appropriate display mode.
  • If the product gets too hot, the image brightness may be decreased for safety reasons. When you see high temperature icon/high temperature icon on the home screen, wait for the temperature to fall.

I cannot connect to the network, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Check that the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) environment where you are using the product can be accessed.
  • Check that the device's wireless LAN setting is turned on. Turn on your Wi-Fi.

When using at home

  • Check that the wireless LAN router or access point is turned on.
  • Check the SSID and security password for the wireless LAN router or access point. See the documentation provided with the wireless LAN router or access point for more details.

When using a public wireless LAN service

  • Check that the public wireless LAN service is available.
  • You may need a contract with the service supplier to use the public wireless LAN service.

I cannot connect to the external devices using Miracast, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Check that the product's Miracast feature is turned on.
  • Check that the external device supports Miracast.

I cannot connect to the external devices using Bluetooth, what can I do?

Check the following items.

  • Check that the product's Bluetooth feature is turned on.
  • Check that the external device supports Bluetooth.
  • Check that the external device supports the Bluetooth HSP/A2DP/HID/OPP/SPP/AVRCP/PAN profiles.
  • Make sure the product is close to the external device and that there are no obstacles between them. Bluetooth is short-range wireless communication technology. It cannot communicate over long distances.

How do I clean the product?

If you can see marks in the image or if the image is hazy, check that there is no dirt, dust, fingerprints, and so on, on the lenses. If there is dust or dirt on the lenses, wipe them carefully with a soft cloth.

How should I do when the system update notification appears?

This product comes with a built-in system update function. Tap the notification and follow the on-screen instructions to update the system to the latest version before using the product.

How can I check the system version?

  1. Select setting icon on the Apps list screen.
  2. Select About Device.
  3. Check the build number.

    The number displayed for the Build number is the current system version.
